Adding real coins

1 real coin = ₦1. You choose an amount in the app, from 100 to 5,000,000 at a time, and pay on our payment partner’s page, with the payment fee on top. Your real coins arrive once the payment is confirmed. If a payment doesn’t go through, no real coins are added.

Refunds

Real coins you’ve added stay yours to play with or cash out, so we don’t refund a payment once its real coins have arrived. If you were charged but your real coins didn’t arrive, or you were charged twice or by mistake, contact us within 30 days with the payment’s reference, and we’ll add the real coins or refund the payment.

Cashing out

You can cash out real coins to a Nigerian bank account in your own name. The first time, you add your bank and your account number (we show the account’s name for you to confirm) and set a 4-digit PIN. Every cash-out needs your PIN, and any cash-out fee is shown before you confirm.

A cash-out shows as on its way until it’s paid into your account. If it fails, your real coins come back to your wallet. We may check a cash-out before paying it, to keep accounts safe and to meet the law.

Virtual coins

Virtual coins are free and have no money value, so they’re never refunded or cashed out.
