Who we are

6MUSTSHOW TECHNOLOGIES runs 6 Must Show and is responsible for your personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Your phone number, to sign you in with a code.
• The name you choose, and your look: the character you pick, or the photos you upload to make one.
• Your games, coins, payments, cash-outs and rewards.
• Your bank account details, when you cash out.
• Your device and how you use the app, to keep it working and safe.

Card and bank payment details are handled by our payment partner. We never see or store your card details.

Why we use it

• To run your account and the game.
• To take payments and pay cash-outs.
• To keep games fair and stop fraud.
• To help you when you contact us.
• To send the messages you’ve asked for, such as sign-in codes and notifications.
• To meet our legal duties.

Who we share it with

The services we use to run 6 Must Show: our payment partner, the service that sends text messages, our hosting, and the service that makes your look from your photos. Each uses your data only to provide its service to us. We share data with the authorities when the law requires it. We don’t sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep records of payments and cash-outs. We keep the photos you upload for your look only as long as we need them to make it and run your account.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw a consent you’ve given. Contact us to do any of these. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Keeping it safe

We protect your data with access controls and encryption in transit. If a breach affects your data, we’ll tell you and the regulator as the law requires.

Under 18s

6 Must Show is for adults only. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we close accounts we find belong to someone under 18.

We’ll post updates to this policy here, and tell you in the app about changes that matter to you.
